This ADRE-approved course package satisfies all requirements for broker renewal – just buy and learn. Courses are online, mobile-friendly, and self-paced for convenience.
After you pass each course's final, you'll get a certificate of completion for your personal records. The certificate contains all the information you need to enter into ADRE's Online License and Renewal System to get your credit.
Note: If you're not a Designated Broker, Self-Employed Broker, or Delegated Associate Broker, you need the Agent package instead. This package will NOT fulfill your continuing education requirements unless you fall into one of those categories.
Package Facts
FAQs
How do I know you're an ADRE-approved course provider?
You can look us up on ADRE's website. Our School ID number is S13-0009.
How fast can I get through my Continuing Education courses?
To fulfill ADRE's requirements, you need to spend as many hours in each course as the approved credits, and you can't put in more than 9 hours a day.
For a 30-hour broker course, that means you need to spread your course out over at least 4 days.
What else is required to renew my Arizona real estate license?
Renewal applicants must:
- Ensure all contact and personal information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Answer the Disciplinary Actions Disclosure (LI-214/LI-244) and provide additional documents if necessary.
- Confirmation of broker sponsorship.
- Sign the renewal application if you're using a paper form.
- Submit proof of legal presence if you're applying online.
- Submit required CE courses (though licensees are encouraged to enter CE credit when courses are completed and not at the end of the license cycle)
If you're applying for a change of license, you also need to include additional forms and fees where required.
You need to submit everything to ADRE within 24 months of your last license issue date.
When do my courses expire?
Your courses will expire one (1) year after you purchase them (the date you submit payment), unless the course itself indicates otherwise.
For more information about course expiration dates, please read our Terms of Use.
What if I need a refund for my training course?
If for some reason you are not happy and would like a refund, send us a request within 72 hours of purchase. Here are the eligibility requirements you must meet:
- Your purchase was made no more than 72 hours prior to your refund request.
- You have NOT:
- Attempted any portion of a test or exam.
- Requested or been issued a certificate of completion.
- Completed 50% or more of the purchased course.
If you meet all of these criteria, submit your refund request in writing via email to support@360training.com with a proof-of-purchase receipt and an explanation for why you are requesting a refund.
You can find more information about our refund policy here.
